All products sold by RDXWorks.com are covered under the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. Please contact the warranty service provider listed in your product documentation for defective products or missing parts. Feel free to contact our customer service department for details.

Please keep in mind that RDXWorks.com is not able to guarantee that any particular item will be compatible with other products not purchased from RDXWorks.com. If you have questions or concerns regarding compatibility issues, please contact the manufacturer prior to purchase. Non-compatibility does not qualify a product as being defective.

For all returns, the customer prepays shipping. RDXWorks.com does not offer reimbursement.

UPS Ground and other surface shipments are not guaranteed to arrive within a certain timeframe. These shipments on average take 2-7 days for delivery from the date the order is processed.

Shipping delays caused by acts of nature cannot be contested. There can be no freight credit issued in these circumstances.

Unfortunately RDXWorks.com is not able to offer price protection on products that have already shipped

If the merchandise appears to be damaged in shipping, it is best to refuse a shipment back to the carrier. If you accept delivery, you must have the carrier make a note of the damage in the delivery record. Please notify RDXWorks.com immediately of the problem in order to arrange for an inspection and, if necessary, pick up of the damaged item.

All delivery refusals must be reported to RDXWorks.com. Unauthorized refusals are subject to a 15% return processing fee (depending on the item) and no credit for the freight charges.
